Hobart offers a complete line of service scales, from the stand alone SP600 to the highly networkable Quantum family. Hobart Service Scales offer precise and accurate weighing as well as merchandising and labeling options that can improve the bottom line of any food establishment, food retail or foodservice.

The new QuantumMax is the most advanced scale available. Managing scale technology has taken a quantum leap with our new Flash RAM technology. Now instead of relying on a service technician to manually remove and update each chip in every scale, you can do it all from the server in less than two minutes. The service savings are obvious (two minutes vs. average of 45 minutes manually). But the Quantum’s Flash RAM helps to address more than one critical industry issue. With Flash RAM, all of your programs will become more effective, including loss prevention, cross merchandising, preferred customer programs, label graphics, food safety, customer display and operator efficiency (touchscreen makes for single-digit operation). PREPACK
The new Access Prepack System puts a digital revolution right at your fingertips. You can browse your Web site for the latest information and monitor the scale from any desktop. Its high-resolution printing lets you put more information on your labels, giving you greater merchandising power. Access is truly a revolution in weigh wrap. And it’s all at your fingertips.

It has an easy-to-read display, offers all of the label choices you expect from Hobart and integrates into wireless or wired networks as easily as Hobart Quantum Scales. The Ultima also features 30 standard speed keys and an additional 72 that can be added, as well as an easy-to-load label cartridge.

SELF SERVICE
Quantum Self-Service scales make for happy customers in control of their own destinies, or at least their own produce. Your cashiers needn't memorize over 200 codes, from apples to zucchini. Nor do cashiers need to ask whether the customer has Royal Kona or House Blend in the bag. It's already on the label.

HANGING SCALES

Hobart offers a choice of hanging scales from analog to the technologically advanced Quantum Hanging Scale.

All the features of Hobart's Quantum Scale are now available in a hanging scale model that permits full-case access and makes cleaning easier.

The Quantum Hanging Scale features a simplified keyboard for enhanced productivity, versatile mounting and an easy-to-clean platter. The Quantum Hanging Scale is particularly useful in the seafood department to keep mess from collecting on the counter. The Quantum Hanging Scale permits easy access to the entire meat/seafood case.

Like other models in the Quantum line, the Quantum Hanging Scale is integrated with a label printer to allow on-label merchandising, eye-catching graphics, nutrition facts and cooking instructions.




BENCH / RECEIVING SCALES
