The Hobart WastePro 1200

Designed for large foodservice operations faced with the problems of dwindling landfill and increasing government regulations, the WastePro 1200 incorporates the latest technology in high-volume, solid waste removal. Compacting solid waste into a semi-dry pulp, it reduces waste volume by up to 88%, addressing pressing environmental and ecological concerns while dramatically reducing waste costs. The WastePro 1200 is available as a close-coupled unit of pulper and water press and as a remote unit, allowing you to separate them by up to hundreds of yards, even putting them on separate floors.

Hobart Foodwaste Disposers

With a Hobart disposer, food waste is ground and flushed through the drain lines instead of accumulating in garbage containers. Hobart has disposers from 1/2 HP to 5 HP, one for virtually every size kitchen.
