That’s why Traulsen’s stands are designed with both strength and flexibility. They offer the same high-quality construction, INTELA-TRAUL® control and temperature maintenance characteristics as our full size undercounters. They also offer several important design elements that make them ideal for mounting equipment.
We offer two different drawer orientations. The standard models can accommodate two 12” x 20” pans front to back. The SBS models can do the same but in a side-by-side configuration. Both can accommodate fractional size pans with adapter bars.
Differing length requirements can be accommodated using optional extension sections. Built for strength, they feature a heavy-duty drawer design that includes 16-gauge stainless steel drawer slides and 2” stainless steel rollers. As a result, our drawers can stand up to the demands of a commercial kitchen environment year after year. Equipped with a stainless steel marine top as standard, they are designed to accommodate equipment weights of up to 400 lbs. per section, making them ideal for use with broilers, ovens, fryers or griddles.
